Laura McCostis
Laura lives in Manchester and recently joined the Southern Vermont Audiology team as Office Manager. She brings a strong background in customer service and is excited for a new chapter in a role that keeps her grounded in the community she loves. She looks forward to helping patients have a welcoming and positive experience. Outside of work, she enjoys skiing in the winter and hiking and playing tennis in the warmer months. She is the mom to three wonderful kids and a dog whom she adores.
Caryl DeFelice
Caryl moved to Vermont with her husband and son in 2001. She has worked in the health care field for over 20 years in various capacities before joining Southern Vermont Audiology. She enjoys working with people and helping to provide a positive experience. In her spare time, she enjoys running, hiking, paddling and reading but most of all she enjoys time with her boys.
Lisa Hoffman Ramos
Lisa is a Vermont native and recently joined Southern Vermont Audiology team bringing over 32 years of health care experience with her. She very much enjoys helping people by providing exceptional customer service along with a comforting experience. In her downtime she enjoys traveling in her RV, hiking, photography and always in search for a new experience in life and loves spending time with her furry family friends.
